Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to explore new markets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue. Daily responsibilities include devising and implementing marketing campaigns, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s targets. The role involves working closely with manufacturing and product teams to understand offerings and communicate value to customers. Leadership and teamwork will be key components of the position. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Proficiency in Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing Tools, and Market Analysis Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and execute marketing strategies Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills Knowledge of the pump/manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets Adaptability to work in an on-site setting and collaborate across teams
