Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a young and result-oriented Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Bunjy. The candidate will be based out of Chennai. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 yrs. business to business outside sales experience. Should have worked in digital/ tech environments. Agency experience is a plus.

● Evaluates potential for the business, identifies current business strengths, and creates a strategic plan for growth in his/her territory.

● Performs basic lead generation, sales calls and follow-up functions.

● Drives the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with decision makers.

● Directly responsible for the continued growth of this territory.

● Networks within the community to build business and branch visibility.

● Maintains and develops client contacts at senior levels within client organizations.

Qualification and Skill Requirement

●Graduate with 3 yrs. Experience or MBA preferred.

● Excellent Communication skills.

● Must have the ability to establish rapport/relationships and grow them.

● Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal

presentation to clients.

● Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth.

● Experience with consultative selling and servicing customers a plus.

● Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
