Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in dealer and distributor network development—specifically in Cyanoacrylate (Instant Adhesives) or related industrial products. Key Responsibilities: On-Ground Dealer Management Daily field visits to onboard new dealers/distributors. Train and guide channel partners on product usage, pricing, and market strategies. Maintain relationships and address dealer queries or concerns. 📊 Sales Execution & Target Achievement Drive primary & secondary sales through direct dealer interaction. Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territories. Conduct product demos and samples testing at the client’s location. 📍 Territory & Route Planning Plan and map dealer routes across cities/towns. Cover hardware, furniture, PVC, industrial supply markets regularly. 🗂️ Reporting & Market Intelligence Submit daily field reports, beat plans, and competitor analysis. Collect feedback for new product development and market gaps.
