Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Delhi (Remote) Reporting To: Head Office, Hyderabad Travel Requirement:Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi Role Overview As a Business Development Associate at SkillTyro, you will play a vital role in expanding the company’s reach by conducting high-impact seminars, building institutional partnerships, nurturing leads, and ensuring seamless student onboarding. This role demands a proactive mindset, a drive for outreach, and strong ownership to deliver growth in the Northeast region. College Seminars Coordination ● Identify and build relationships with colleges to secure institutional tie-ups, campus collaborations, and referral partnerships. ● Plan, organize, and conduct engaging seminars at colleges and universities across the Northeast region. ● Represent SkillTyro at educational fairs and local events, delivering compelling presentations and interactive sessions for student audiences. 2. Lead Generation ● Drive quality lead generation via seminars and local outreach campaigns. ● Maintain and proactively strengthen a robust pipeline of institutional and individual leads, ensuring timely follow-ups for conversion. 3. Lead Nurturing, Follow-Up & Objection Handling ● Consistently follow up with leads (individual and institutional) through calls, messages, and emails to answer queries, address objections, and maximize retention. ● Repitch offerings to prospects who did not initially convert, using empathy and persuasive communication. 4. Course Communication & Demo Scheduling ● Provide detailed explanations of SkillTyro’s programs, modules, and outcomes to prospective students. ● Schedule and coordinate demo sessions, ensuring that all session details are clearly communicated and closing the sales. 5. Enrollment & Onboarding Coordination ● Align course offerings with student and partner goals to drive final conversions. ● Support successful enrollments by guiding students and/or partners through documentation, payment, and the onboarding process. ● Coordinate closely with collections and academic teams to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience and timely communication of next steps. 6. CRM & Task Management ● Accurately log all interactions, leads, events, partnerships, and follow-ups in TeleCRM. ● Diligently update task status and performance indicators daily to ensure transparency and consistent progress tracking. Performance Metrics & Targets ● Achieve targets related to college outreach, seminar participation, demo scheduling, enrollments, and lead conversions. ● Maintain high seminar attendance, positive institutional feedback, and successful event-to-enrollment conversion rates. ● Timely and accurate CRM updates, professional communication standards, and strong student/partner satisfaction. Candidate Profile ● Outstanding communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage large groups. ● Prior experience in edtech, B2B sales, institutional relationship management, or campus outreach is highly preferred. ● Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented, with a willingness to travel extensively and independently. ● Proficient in CRM usage (TeleCRM experience preferred). ● Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in sales, marketing, or educational outreach are an advantage.
