Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Location: Mohali

A field sales Executive's involves finding and closing deals by meeting clients in person to sell products or services. Key responsibilities include generating leads, demonstrating products, negotiating prices, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identifying and securing new clients through various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, explaining benefits, and negotiating pricing to close deals favorably for both the customer and the company.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and nurturing new leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Working within a specific geographic area to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Generating sales reports to help with marketing planning and tracking performance against targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for presenting to clients and preparing reports.
