From flight planning to ground handling, overflight permits, and concierge services – we ensure seamless, safe, and efficient flight operations across the globe.


Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, conducting sales meetings, and collaborating with the management team to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation sector (OEMs, Operators, charter brokers, ACME, Defence, Trip Support companies etc)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry networking
  • Develop client relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and service packages
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events)
  • Enhance brand awareness through social media, email marketing, and aviation forums
  • Organize company participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing content (brochures, presentations, website updates)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aviation or travel sector
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and B2B lead generation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media management
  • Strong understanding of aviation industry standards and customer behavior is a plus
