About the Role

The Manager/ Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive – Sales, Marketing & Business Development will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships within the Inks or Paints industry at a regional or PAN India level.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales of raw materials (Emulsions, Resins, Additives, Pigments) for Inks or Paints industry at Regional or PAN India level.
• Act as a Techno-Commercial representative, balancing technical knowledge with business objectives.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with purchase and technical departments of clients.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers and maintain collection discipline.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, Production, and Supply Chain for sales order tracking and fulfillment.
• Frequently travel to meet customers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions.
• Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence.
• Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network and contacts in the Inks or Paints industry.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales of raw materials in the Chemicals industry.
• Ability to balance technical and commercial aspects effectively.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC Range: Up-to ₹10 LPA
