Job Responsibilities: Drive technical sales and business development for AR, VR, IIoT, AI, and other emerging technologies across various sectors predominantly EdTech, Automotive, Manufacturing, Defense, Law Enforcement, and other sectors . Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract educational institutions for skill development programs and corporate clients for customized technology solutions . Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, HODs, faculty, corporate clients, and industry leaders to expand market reach. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and demos , showcasing the value of immersive training simulators, digital twins, and AI-powered solutions . Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands and client needs. Track and analyze sales performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness , optimizing strategies for maximum impact. Stay updated on industry advancements, government initiatives, and emerging technology trends to drive innovative sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in technical sales and marketing , preferably in Emerging Technologies, EdTech, or B2B sales . Strong understanding of AR, VR, IIoT, AI, and other emerging technologies . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Analytical and logical thinking abilities (Mandatory). Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making . Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, and strategic campaign execution is a plus.
