This is a full-time on-site Sales Marketing Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
1. B2B Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
* Identify potential industrial buyers.
* Develop relationships with procurement heads and decision-makers in target industries.
2. Product Understanding & Technical Selling:
* Develop in-depth knowledge of manufactured products (materials, specs, applications).
* Explain technical benefits and competitive advantages to clients.
3. Sales Order Management:
* Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms.
* Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with production/logistics teams.
4. Key Account Management:
* Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Address post-sale concerns such as quality issues, delivery delays, etc.
5. Sales Reporting & CRM:
* Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and order status in CRM tools.
* Share sales forecasts and customer feedback with leadership.
6. Target Achievement & Territory Management:
* Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Visit clients and manage sales activities in assigned regions or industries.
1. Industrial Marketing Strategy:
* Develop marketing plans focused on industries that need your products.
* Segment the market by application or usage to target promotions better.
2. Product Positioning & Catalog Development:
* Create product brochures, datasheets, and catalogs with technical specifications.
3. Digital Marketing (B2B Focus):
* Manage website content, SEO, and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation.
* Run targeted campaigns to attract procurement managers and industrial buyers.
4. Trade Shows & Industry Events:
* Plan and participate in relevant industrial expos and exhibitions.
* Set up booths, manage product demos, and collect B2B leads.
5. Competitor & Market Research:
* Track pricing, features, and new product launches by competitors.
* Gather feedback from sales team and customers to improve marketing strategies.
6. Coordination with Production & R&D:
* Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products based on market demand.
* Communicate client requirements back to production or R&D for customization.
