Role Overview

TheHireHub.ai is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our AI-powered recruitment SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of HRTech, AI, and enterprise sales and is responsible for engaging senior HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, founders, and business leaders to position TheHireHub.ai as a strategic hiring partner.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role requiring strong understanding of recruitment workflows, SaaS sales cycles, and value-based selling. The Sales Manager will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiations, and closures—while building long-term relationships with clients and consistently achieving revenue targets. Success in this role will directly contribute to TheHireHub.ai’s market expansion and customer adoption across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for TheHireHub.ai’s AI-powered recruitment platform across mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Engage with key decision-makers including CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders, and Recruitment Agency Owners.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to understand client hiring challenges and position TheHireHub.ai as a long-term solution.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tailored to client hiring use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Track opportunities, activities, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on HRTech trends, AI adoption in hiring, and competitor offerings to sharpen sales strategies.
  • Represent TheHireHub.ai at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to expand brand visibility and partnerships.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–9 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech, Recruitment, Enterprise Software, or related domains.


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business/management qualification.
  • Prior experience selling recruitment platforms, HR software, ATS, or AI-driven SaaS products.


Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in B2B SaaS Sales Strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience with consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Excellent presentation and demo delivery skills for senior leadership audiences.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Fluency in English.
