Role Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our sales operations. This role involves driving regional sales strategy, expanding opportunities, managing customer relationships, overseeing financial performance, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead all customer-facing communications and engagement for the region.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a profitable product mix.
  • Deepen regional market penetration by discovering untapped opportunities.
  • Oversee site financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Drive and meet/exceed annual sales plans, revenue targets, and team KPIs.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute demand-generation activities and marketing events.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to support long-term business goals and execution strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and operational policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of the annual budget.
  • Serve as a point of contact for emergency escalations within the region.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/Tech sales, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with OEMs and coordinating with internal marketing and product teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for performance tracking and strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours as needed.
