Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build, onboard, and retain a curated network of high-performing channel partners across South, South Central, and Central Mumbai, with a strong focus on both structured and unstructured business communities.
Equip, train, and align partners with tailored sales enablement tools, personalized briefings, and immersive walk-throughs at premium, sea-facing lounges.
Maintain an exclusive channel partner ecosystem aligned with ultra-HNI buyer profiles and traditional market preferences.
Leverage longstanding relationships with Gujarati and Marwadi business families, especially within the gems, jewellery, metals, and paper industries.
Engage key influencers and network connectors across Zaveri Bazaar, Kalbadevi, Bhuleshwar, and Charni Road, as well as South Central Mumbai locations including Lower Parel, Parel, Kalachowkie, and surrounding areas.
Identify and map key families and trusted advisors who play pivotal roles in high-value real estate decisions.
Curate qualified HNI walk-ins through strategic society activations, exclusive previews, and channel partnerdriven referrals.
Operate as a sourcing concierge, ensuring every buyer touchpoint delivers a premium and personalized experience.
Monitor channel partner performance, lead quality, and buyer feedback to continuously refine the sourcing strategy.
Remain closely attuned to competitive movements, pricing dynamics, and evolving trends in HNI purchasing behavior.
