The ideal candidate will be with prior experience in Non IT recruitment, with knowledge of sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various non-technical roles. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. Handling Junior to Senior level Positions, Handling Internal and External Recruitment Handling End to End Recruitment and operation as well. Understanding the requirement for the opening. Experience and understanding in hiring for NON IT technology. Create and publish job ads on Naukri, Linked In portals. Screening and Short listing resumes through job portals. Matching the profiles according to the Client requirements. Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills and qualifications, scheduling interviews with the company. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Min Experience Required : 1 yr into Recruitment 5 cv daily basis, targets will be there. Attractive incentive policy. Comms should be excellent .
