Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework. Assisting in managing project cost plan including risk allowance. Monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implementing action plans to mitigate project risks. Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company.
