Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.

● Conduct technical/product presentations, live demos, and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for prospective clients.

● Prepare customized proposals, solution documents, and RFIs/RFPs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

● Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, offering deep product knowledge and solutioning capabilities.

● Address technical questions or concerns during client interactions and provide timely follow-ups.

● Maintain a strong understanding of the product, market trends, and competitor offerings.

● Assist in client onboarding and post-sale handover to the customer success or implementation team.

● Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

● Work with cross-functional teams to align pre-sales strategy with product capabilities and business objectives


Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a technical sales support role.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

● Ability to understand customer pain points and map them to product capabilities.

● Hands-on experience with demo tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and collaboration tools.

● Technical aptitude to quickly understand complex products and services.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in SaaS / IT / Enterprise Software / B2B Solutions.

● Experience with writing technical proposals or RFP responses.

● Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture is a plus.

● Basic understanding of sales pipelines and customer journey stages.
