Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to support RFx processes by identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions, preparing commercial proposals, demos, and participating in bid defenses.
• Support the account management team in developing proactive proposals and demonstrating the automation solution stack to end customers.
• Work closely with practice teams to identify and promote upselling and cross-selling automation opportunities within the existing customer base.

Required Profile / Experience

• Experience in transformation and automation domains.
• Familiarity with BPO services across verticals to provide strategic and market insights.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing discussions and interface with business, IT, finance, and legal teams.
• Experience working in cross-cultural teams with sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and eagerness to adopt new technologies.
• Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing technology transformation reports.
• Proficient in analyzing business financials and collaborating with finance teams on commercial matters.
• Skilled in drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs).

• RPA: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate (PA)
• Process Mining: Celonis, FIQ
• Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): ABBYY, UiPath Document Understanding, Automation Anywhere Document Automation

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
