Job Title : Pre-Sales Specialist Location : Mumbai, India Experience : Minimum 3+ years About Vaultedge: Vaultedge is a Document AI company. Vaultedge's AI powered platform helps companies automate document-heavy business processes like Loan Processing and Customer Onboarding. Our software is used by enterprise BFSI customers like HDFC, Ocwen, BSI Financial etc. Vaultedge is founded by senior Stanford and IIM Ahmedabad alumni who have previously with companies like Oracle, IBM, HP and Netapp. Vaultedge is backed by notable VCs such as Powerhouse Ventures, GSF, Venture Highway and Freshworks CEO (Girish Mathrubootham) Job Overview : Vaultedge is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solutioning, client interactions, and product demonstrations to drive successful sales engagements. The ideal candidate must be based out of Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities : Client Engagement : Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Technical Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. Solution Design : Assist in crafting technical proposals and proof-of-concept solutions that align with client needs. Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to collect and understand business and technical requirements. Product Customization : Provide guidance on product customization to fit client specifications. Technical Expertise : Act as the subject matter expert for Vaultedge’s API and AI-driven solutions during sales pitches. RFP/RFI Responses : Draft responses to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs. Cross-Functional Coordination : Liaise with product and engineering teams to align product capabilities with client feedback. Training & Support : Provide training and support to clients during the trial and post-sales phases. Market Insights : Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform product improvements and market strategies. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in Enterprise software pre-sales role is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Compensation range: 10-20 LPA (depending on experience)

About the Role We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Rep) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects — engaging decision-makers at banks, mortgage lenders, and servicers in the US. Your job is to generate qualified leads and hand them off to our Account Executives.
