Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager who thrives on retention, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and has a deep understanding of value-based selling . Key Responsibilities Retention & Renewal: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Conduct in-person client meetings and ensure smooth communication across internal teams. Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction. Proactively track renewals and coordinate with the renewal team for timely execution. Ensure clients receive timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain and improve CSAT metrics. Upsell / Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Provide product demos, analyze client data, and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to maximize account growth and profitability. Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts. Strategize to help clients meet their business goals and increase product adoption. Customer Satisfaction: Address client queries with support from internal technical teams. Organize training sessions to boost product adoption (G Suite/Google Workspace). Conduct quarterly security assessments and analyze adoption metrics. Gather and manage regular client feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Technical/Key Account Manager. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales/CRM tools. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
