Senior Key Account Manager

As a Senior Client Servicing professional at Magnon Group, your role will involve acting as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and tech teams. You will be responsible for managing and streamlining end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery, ensuring project timelines, scopes, and quality standards are consistently met. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing and documenting processes for efficiency and scalability, driving collaboration and accountability across multiple departments, monitoring progress, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining alignment with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and tech teams - Manage and streamline end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery - Ensure project timelines, scopes, and quality standards are consistently met - Optimize and document processes for efficiency and scalability - Drive collaboration and accountability across multiple departments - Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with client objectives Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience managing creative workflows within a digital agency or similar setting - Solid understanding of design, content, and production processes, especially for B2B SaaS clients - Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech departments - Fluency with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar) - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Detail-oriented with a commitment to deadlines and a passion for creative excellence If you have a proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships with B2B SaaS clients and driving client success from the agency side, this role at Magnon Group in Noida is perfect for you.
