You will develop, maintain, analyze, and improve costing systems, provide variance insights, support pricing & decision making, and drive cost optimization across operations. Key Responsibilities Establish, maintain, and update standard costs (materials, labour, overhead) and appropriate allocation bases. Analyze variances (material, labor, overhead) vs standards / budgets, explain root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement teams to validate / update BOMs, routings, yield losses, scrap assumptions. Handle inventory & WIP accounting : physical counts, reconciliation, variances, reserve / write-offs, adjustment entries.
