Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Gurgaon. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining various quality assurance protocols and processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, training staff on quality standards, analyzing quality data, and coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The role also involves optimizing processes to enhance product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Auditing
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
