Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Quality Assurance Manager. The individual will oversee and implement quality management systems, ensure compliance with established healthcare standards, and develop effective quality assurance policies. Responsibilities also include conducting audits, analyzing processes, and collaborating with department heads to continually improve medical care and services. The role requires consistent monitoring and reporting to uphold operational excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BHMS/BAMS/B.Sc(Nursing) with MHA with at least 6+ Years of proven Experience with NABH & JCI Proficiency in quality management systems, quality improvement methodologies, and compliance tracking
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare standards, regulations, and hospital workflows
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or hospital quality assurance roles is highly desirable
