Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Jejuri, Maharashtra. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee daily microbiological testing, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage laboratory operations & will be responsible for all microbiology related documentation in the organization. They will develop and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct audits, and collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing and laboratory procedures
• Extensive experience in Pathogen Testing and Identification
• Experience in hand-on microbiological testing for a minimum of 10 years.
• Proficient in developing and implementing QA protocols
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology is compulsory and master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the food production industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance guidelines
