Key Roles and Responsibilities Stay up-to-date with industry developments in textiles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create prototypes and test new ideas. Develop innovative product designs that meet customer needs and market trends. Prepare visual mock-ups, 2D/3D renders, mood boards, and full design presentations. Maintain a library of themes, trims, stitch lines, quilting patterns, and materials. Introduce new materials, textures, and construction ideas. Propose design improvements that reduce cost without compromising aesthetics. Ensure the design looks premium, ergonomic, and relevant to the target customer. Required Skills & Knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW Basic 3D tools (Rhino, KeyShot, Blender) optional but beneficial Knowledge of automotive interiors Good sense of color theory, materials, and ergonomics Understanding of fabrics, PVC, PU, leather, foam, lamination, quilting Educational Background: B.Des in Product Design / Industrial Design B.Des in Fashion & Apparel Design B.Des in Textile Design Degree/Diploma in Automotive Interior Design
