What You’ll Own

• Identify, prioritize & resolve

  project roadblocks.

  You’re the “firefighter & enabler” who keeps things moving
• Drive coordination & alignment across

  sales, operations, procurement, engineering

  and ensure all teams stay in sync
• Act as the

  communication hub

  : clearly surface issues, escalate when needed, provide timely updates, maintain transparency
• Lead small to medium scale cross-functional projects: new product launches, process changes, pilot trials
• Enable smooth handover from design → operations → launch, ensuring quality, schedules, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Coach and influence through

  people & relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management in manufacturing, packaging, or related sectors
• Strong

  problem-solving mindset

  : able to break down challenges, propose options, act decisively
• Excellent

  communication & interpersonal skills.

  You must bridge across teams, senior leaders, and external vendors
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable engaging with

  sales, operations, engineering, supply chain

  and ensuring project goals align with business objectives

• Results oriented

  : bias for action, meeting deliverables, and keeping commitments
