Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects
* Coordinate with Govt officials (R&B, DISCOM, CEIG, GEDA)
* Monitor progress as per project schedule
* Manage subcontractors and vendors
* Ensure timely approvals and site readiness
* Handle RA billing and documentation
* Resolve site-level issues and delays
* Enforce safety and quality standards
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports
* Coordinate with finance team for invoicing and cashflow
* 45 years experience in solar EPC projects
* At least 2 projects with government departments
* Knowledge of CEIG, DISCOM procedures
* Strong planning and coordination skills
* Good reporting and Excel proficiency
* Ability to handle multi-location pressure
