Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Area Sales Manager to manage the Gujarat region’s sales operations. This role involves coordinating with existing and new customers, ensuring smooth shipment and transport of goods, visiting warehouses, and supporting collaboration with partner companies. You’ll act as the key link between customers, operations, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution of all sales activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with existing and new customers to manage orders, queries, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle shipping, transportation, and dispatch coordination from the company’s warehouse to customer locations.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Visit the warehouse to monitor stock, dispatch readiness, and documentation accuracy.
  • Manage the overall sales operations of the Pune division, ensuring targets and service standards are met.
  • Coordinate with collaborating partner companies for joint orders, logistics, or client solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain sales records, shipment schedules, and daily activity reports.
  • Support the Area Sales Manager in planning, forecasting, and executing regional sales initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer communications, deliveries, and internal processes align with company standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel locally within Pune for customer and warehouse visits.
