Company Profile:

We are a well-established B2B furniture manufacturing company with capabilities across wood, metal, modular and upholstered furniture. We cater to corporates, retail chains, hotels, F&B brands and large-format commercial clients across India. Our focus is on quality execution, scale and long-term client relationships.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will act as the single point of contact (POC) for assigned client accounts and own projects from order confirmation to final handover. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the factory, timely deliveries, controlled costs, and minimal escalations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Client Account Management

  • Act as the sole POC for assigned B2B / corporate / hotel accounts
  • Handle all client communication via email, calls and meetings
  • Understand client requirements including BOQs, drawings, finishes and timelines
  • Conduct regular review calls and share progress updates

2. Order Handover & Internal Coordination

  • Prepare complete order handover packs including approved drawings, BOQs, finish approvals and delivery schedules
  • Conduct handover meetings with Production Head, PPC and Purchase teams
  • Ensure clarity before production starts to avoid rework

3. Production & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the Production Head for production planning and priority setting
  • Track order status and flag risks early
  • Communicate realistic timelines to clients

4. Change Management & Cost Control

  • Track scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Ensure cost implications are billed and free work is avoided

5. Billing, Collections & Project Closure

  • Coordinate milestone-based billing
  • Follow up for timely payments
  • Ensure snag list completion, client sign-offs and final billing

6. Process & Reporting

  • Maintain structured trackers for accounts, orders, deliveries and billing
  • Ensure documentation discipline and system adherence

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

  • 6–12 years experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out industry
  • Strong B2B / corporate / hotel project exposure
  • Factory coordination experience
  • BOQ and drawing understanding

Skills Required:

  • Client communication
  • Coordination and follow-ups
  • Understanding of furniture production
  • Cost and billing awareness
  • Excel / Google Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
