Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our MICE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills.
