Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage MICE business opportunities from corporates, event agencies, travel planners, and institutions. Generate group bookings for conferences, off-sites, product launches, incentive tours, and destination weddings. Create tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to meet client needs. Collaborate with the operations and banquet team to ensure flawless event execution. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent Hotel Sonar Bangla. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and event planners. Candidate Requirements Minimum 6–7 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on MICE. Strong client network in the corporate and event planning sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel between hotel locations and client meetings. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
