Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales Head About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – MICE to join our fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, deep industry connections, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract MICE business and meet revenue goals in India and APAC Region. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders. Understand client needs and tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring a personalized approach. Sales Strategy & Negotiation Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for MICE events. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and negotiate terms to secure profitable deals. Implement pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance event offerings. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the MICE segment. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Proven track record of success in MICE sales, of 3 to 4 years. Strong network of corporate clients and industry contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards.
