Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Executive - Sourcing is responsible for developing a robust network of channel partners to drive sales growth. This role involves engaging key channel partners through strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, and proposing effective sales plans to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Executive - Sourcing Channel Partner Development: Build a strong network of channel partners to drive sales by having a strong understanding of the micromarket. Grow a strong network of channel partners to drive sales. Manage and allocate inventory to channel partners based on client preferences. Sales Performance Management: Evaluate channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements. Regularly follow up with channel partners to ensure targets are met. Drive WalkIns and other channels of sales through COJ(Circle of Joy), Referrals and NRIs (Direct and Channel Partner BAsed) Micro-Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Analyze micro-market trends and overall market trends to develop sales plans that increase brand awareness. Ensure sales objectives are met according to AOP, with quarterly and monthly targets. Partner Education and Support: Educate channel partners about the product portfolio and complementary services. Guide and train partners to achieve set revenue and business targets. Issue Resolution and Relationship Management: Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing disputes promptly. Develop a roadmap for establishing smooth and stable working relationships with channel partners. Reporting and Insights Generation: Prepare and send weekly, monthly, and quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on managed channel partners. Generate key product and competition insights from channel partners. Drive lead tracking and generation through channel partners using SFDC (Sales Force DotCom). Financial Management: Manage & Track the sales pipeline as per assigned targets and forecast monthly sales. Track invoices and payments from channel partners and make system entry. Align channel partners with the organization’s long-term goals to maximize mutual profitability. Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Work Experience (Range of years): 5-10 Years Preferred Industry: Preferred Industry: Experience in channel sales or partner management. Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales strategies.
