Job Overview: Zytexa is looking for a Sales Executive Intern to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to start their career in IT sales and business development. You will engage directly with clients, promote our IT services, and play a key role in expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals. Identify and connect with potential clients via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Assist the sales team in pitching IT services (Web/App/Digital Marketing/CRM). Follow up on leads and manage client communications effectively. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and designers to align offerings with client expectations. Support the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and demos. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client documentation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Requirements: Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client relationship management, basic knowledge of IT services, MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.). Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn in a remote team environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
