Key Responsibilities Conduct structured outbound/inbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market. Educate customers about energy-efficient HVAC and solar solutions under rebate programs. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with compliance guidelines. Achieve monthly targets through consistent follow-ups and professional communication. Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead flow and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 months of experience in international voice/sales processes preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling outbound calls and closing deals. Target-oriented mindset with attention to detail and professionalism.
