Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, mission, and long-term goals. - Identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships - Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to drive business innovation and maintain a competitive advantage. - Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures for the Coal and FLYASH business. - Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the business. - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision - Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance) - Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication - Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics - Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) - Manage relationships with partners/vendors Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. - Lead negotiations for new business and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and customers. Financial Management: - Develop and manage the company's budget, financial plans, and performance targets. - Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Desired Profile: - Any Graduate with 15 + yrs in Coal and ASH handling. - Min 3 to 5 yrs in senior management level managing the P&L of the business. - Good network of government officials and contact within the business - Hand on experience in managing entire operation of various sites.
