Position Summary: The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for direct sales of advanced geo-survey instruments across the southern India territory. This role focuses on high-end products such as GNSS, Laser Scanners, Layout Navigators, Mobile Mapping Systems , etc., and requires strong technical sales capabilities, customer engagement, and competitor tracking. Key Responsibilities: Drive direct sales of high-end survey instruments (e.g., GNSS, LN 150, GLS/GTL, IPS 3) across the assigned region. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets . Build a direct sales network focusing on new customer acquisition and strategic territory development. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients in infrastructure, construction, surveying, and government sectors . Deliver product presentations, demos , and technical discussions to meet customer requirements. Maintain detailed Market Intelligence by tracking competitors and positioning products effective. Prepare and submit MIS reports and sales performance dashboards on a regular basis. Work closely with the technical support team to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of high-end surveying products like GNSS, MDTS, Scanners, Layout Navigators, and Mobile Mapping Systems. Strong technical sales acumen and ability to handle consultative selling. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
