Tendering & Procurement – Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in contractor/subcontractor selection.
* Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes & construction methods.
* Proficient in **AutoCAD & MS Excel**. * Excellent **analytical, negotiation, and communication skills**. * Familiarity with **FIDIC / standard contracts** (advantage).
