Job Description

Position: General Manager Operations Location: Coimbatore Qualification: Graduate / PG in Textiles Experience: Min. 20+ years, last 5 years as Plant Head operations. Language; Should be native of Tamil language or good at Speak, Read and write Tamil. Role & Responsibilities: Should have experience in enhancing production, escalating productivity and operational efficiencies. Should able to curtailing costs & expenses. Should be A leader with strong skills in taking process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Should able to manage above 50,000 spindles. Should have experience in managing 2000 employee. Responsible for manufacturing 100% Cotton Combed and Compact yarns. Responsible for production, Quality of unit Responsible to resolve the issues in the plant, if any To Monitor and improve all Operational parameters. Improved quality of yarn. To Implement World Class Manufacturing practices.
