We are seeking a detail-oriented **MIS Executive** to manage data, reporting, and business analytics for our interior design & fit-out projects. The role involves preparing dashboards, monitoring project KPIs, financial tracking, and supporting management with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
* Maintain and update project trackers, procurement logs, financial reports, and inventory databases.
* Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on project status, costs, resource utilization, and timelines.* Create dashboards & performance summaries for management review.* Monitor budgets, KPIs, cost variances, and delivery schedules in coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams.* Ensure smooth operation of ERP/MIS tools; support automation and process improvements.* Maintain organized records, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.* Provide analytical insights to management for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Skills:
* Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros).
* Familiarity with ERP / MIS / project management systems (Zoho, Odoo, SAP etc.). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. * Attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
Preferred
* Experience in interior design / fit-out industry.
* Working knowledge of Power BI / data visualization tools.* Basic understanding of project costing, procurement, and BOQs.
