1. Complete in-charge of total Plant Maintenance of both Mechanical & Electrical, all issues. 2. Plant stoppage should not occur, due to maintenance negligence. 3. Both Predictive & Periodic maintenance work schedules should be planned, well in advance, & executed 4. Break down Down time should be maintained minimum , also aim for Zero B/D. 5. All statutory requirements & relevant records for various proposed planned certifications should be given top most priorities, 6. Required to maintain relevant records for, MTTR -( Mean Time To Repair), MTTF- ( Mean Time To Failures) & MTBF- ( Mean Time Between Failures) 7. Critical Spares, as required for all machineries , need to be planned , monitored & followed up with stores, to avoid B/Ds,.at any cost. 8. All service equipment s viz., Compressors, Gen sets, Cooling Tower, Pumps & Motors, to be given utmost care, with proper maintenance. 9. Our Company side Transformer area & Control Panel Box room & various DBs, to be kept in order. 10. Daily monitoring of Power consumption readings, consumed watts & PF to be tabulated & maintained without fail. 11. Liasioning with EB officials , as & when required is to be carried out , to have better rapports. 12. You will be directly reporting to Director - Product Development Mechanical Engineer preferable. Fluency in English writing and communication.
