Job Description

Product Design and Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and testing of new valve products.
  • Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs.

    • Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to management.

    • Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to valve design.
  • Troubleshoot design and production issues, providing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the design process.

    • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all designs undergo rigorous testing and validation.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for the design process.
  • Conduct design reviews and audits to maintain high standards of product quality.
