The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team and help drive GetCito's expansion as we revolutionize how brands approach AI-driven search optimization. You'll be instrumental in building client relationships, managing our sales pipeline, and converting prospects into satisfied customers who trust us to amplify their AI visibility.
Position Structure:
First 3 months:
Internship period with hands-on training and mentorship After 3 months:
Conversion to full-time paid position based on performance

What You'll Do:
CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead data, interactions, and deal
- Track prospects through the entire sales funnel from initial contact to conversion
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activities progress
- Ensure timely follow-ups and systematic documentation of all client communications
- Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales process
WhatsApp Marketing & Digital Outreach:
- Execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads
- Create compelling, personalized messages that communicate GetCito's value proposition
- Build and segment WhatsApp contact lists based on industry, company size, and pain points
- Maintain professional, responsive communication across WhatsApp Business
- Share case studies, product updates, and success stories through WhatsApp broadcasts
- Track engagement metrics and optimize messaging strategies
Lead Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with inbound and outbound leads across multiple touchpoints
- Respond promptly to inquiries from website, social media, and email campaigns
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations showcasing GetCito's platform capabilities
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Nurture long-term relationships that result in renewals, upsells, and referrals
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align on lead qualification and handoff processes
B2B Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients including brands, agencies, and enterprises
- Research target accounts to understand their AI visibility challenges and opportunities
- Present GetCito's solutions effectively to decision-makers, marketing heads, and founders
- Conduct needs assessments and position our platform as the ideal solution Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across various industries
Client Success & Account Management:
- Onboard new clients smoothly and ensure they understand how to maximize platform value
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to product and marketing teams
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to improve our offerings
- Stay updated on AI search trends, GEO/AEO developments, and competitor activities
- Attend industry webinars, events, and training sessions to deepen product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and lead generation strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes
- Share best practices and learnings with the sales team
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email, social media)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Eagerness to learn about B2B sales, AI technology, and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or campus placement experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Interest in AI, technology, SaaS, or digital marketing industries
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise sales
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
- Previous use of CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Participation in sales competitions, business plan contests, or entrepreneurship activities
- Freelance or side hustle experience demonstrating sales skills
