Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a creative storyteller with strong strategic thinking capabilities who can craft compelling content across multiple formats and channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, SEO optimization, and the ability to adapt their writing style to various industries and client needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
• Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media content, email newsletters, and marketing materials
• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules and strategic content distribution
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy

Blog Writing & SEO

• Write compelling, informative blog posts that drive engagement and establish thought leadership
• Optimize all content for search engines by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and ensuring proper meta descriptions and title tags
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain content visibility 

Client & Multi-Niche Writing

• Adapt writing style and tone to suit different industries, niches, and client requirements
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and refine content accordingly

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor content writing interns, providing guidance, feedback, and training to support their professional development
• Review and edit intern work to ensure quality standards and brand consistency 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional content writing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing samples
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and content optimization techniques for generative engines
• Experience with inbound marketing methodologies and lead generation content
• Demonstrated ability to write for multiple industries and adapt tone for different audiences
• Experience managing or mentoring junior writers or interns
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Essential Skills:

•  Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong research capabilities and the ability to quickly understand complex topics
• Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align content with business goals • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
