Roles and Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager(Industrial automation and sensor solutions) at United Control Engineers India Private Limited located in Greater Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications - Minimum 1+ years in Industrial automation Solution sales. -Must have experience with Industrial Automation product/ Solution range (Servo, Motion controller, PLC, HMI,Etc.) -Have worked with Pacakaging, Printing, Intralogistic OEMs in Delhi NCR. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders -Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities -Good analytical and problem-solving skills -Btech or BE in Electrical, Electronics domain & Graduation. Manage sales activities to achieve targets for industrial automation products such as control panels, PLC panels, switchgear, relays, circuit breakers, MCBs, MCCBs, push buttons, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, drives, motors, and contactors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and resolve customer issues efficiently. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
