Roles and Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager(Industrial automation and sensor solutions) at United Control Engineers India Private Limited located in Greater Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications - Minimum 1+ years in Industrial automation Solution sales. -Must have experience with Industrial Automation product/ Solution range (Servo, Motion controller, PLC, HMI,Etc.) -Have worked with Pacakaging, Printing, Intralogistic OEMs in Delhi NCR. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders -Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities -Good analytical and problem-solving skills -Btech or BE in Electrical, Electronics domain & Graduation. Manage sales activities to achieve targets for industrial automation products such as control panels, PLC panels, switchgear, relays, circuit breakers, MCBs, MCCBs, push buttons, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, drives, motors, and contactors. Role & responsibilities Creating technical drawings: AutoCAD Draftsmen produce detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for various projects, including buildings, machinery, and other components. Translating designs: They transform conceptual designs and sketches into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD. Preparing construction documents: AutoCAD Draftsmen create construction documents, including specifications, quantities, and drawings, for various projects. Role & responsibilities: Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PLC Programmer to lead and manage automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop, test, and maintain control systems for various manufacturing and process environments. Key Responsibilities: Programming & Development: Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Delta, Schinder, or other platforms. Develop and configure SCADA/HMI systems (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, FactoryTalk). Write structured and documented ladder logic, function block, and structured text code. Testing & Commissioning: Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test). Lead on-site commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities. Provide real-time support for automation issues during deployment. Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to define project requirements and specifications. Manage timelines, documentation, and change control for automation systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations (e.g., IEC, ISO, OSHA). Mentorship & Leadership: Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in PLC programming and automation best practices. Conduct code reviews, ensure standardization and modular design practices. Maintenance & Support: Perform system diagnostics, debugging, and upgrades for existing automation systems. Create and maintain system backups, version control, and technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. Proficiency in at least one major PLC platform (e.g., Delta & SchinderControlLogix). Experience with industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet). Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, actuators, and electrical schematics. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, I/O lists, wiring diagrams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
