Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

The Inside Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the external sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires good communication, technical understanding of industrial automation products, and strong organizational skills.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  
• Prepare and send technical and commercial quotations as per customer requirements.
  
• Coordinate with the external sales team, suppliers, and internal departments (procurement, accounts, logistics) to ensure timely order execution.
  
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and orders in CRM or ERP systems.
  
• Provide technical assistance and basic product selection support (PLC, VFD, sensors, control panels, etc.).
  
• Identify potential leads and share insights with the field sales team.
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in

  Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering

  or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in

  inside sales

  within the

  industrial automation

  sector.
• Knowledge of automation products (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, Sensors, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Gmail); experience with ERP/CRM software preferred.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience with brands like

  Schneider, Delta, ABB

  ,

  Polycab, Nvent Hoffman, Connectwell, Controlwell, BCH, TTPL, Phoenix Contact,

  etc.
• Familiarity with industrial applications and control system design.
  
• Excellient in English Read, Write, & Speak.

• Laptop or Computer Friendly.
