About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive who can manage lead communication, deliver product demos, and help convert potential leads into customers. This role involves coordinating with prospects, understanding their requirements, and presenting product solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Conduct product demos for prospects and explain features and benefits clearly

• Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs

• Manage CRM entries with accurate lead and activity updates

• Follow up with leads to drive conversions and achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth onboarding

• Maintain strong customer communication and provide a great experience

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Preferred: Business / Marketing)

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Tele-Sales

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Comfortable handling product demos and client interactions

• CRM tools knowledge is an advantage

• Target-driven and good follow-up skills

Language Skills :

• Must: English

• Advantage: Hindi

Preferred Attributes :

• Quick learner with interest in SaaS / Software products

• Confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers

• Ability to work independently and in a team
