About the Role: We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Technical Sales Engineer with expertise in CRM, ERP, E-commerce, and WhatsApp automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in product demonstrations, and the ability to assist customers in evaluating and adopting our solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing CRM, ERP, E-commerce, and WhatsApp automation solutions. Understand customer pain points and tailor the demo to align with their business requirements. Address technical and functional queries during and after the demo, ensuring customer clarity. Assist the sales team in converting leads into paying customers through effective product presentations. Provide guidance on API integrations, automation workflows, and customization options based on customer needs. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine demo strategies and improve conversion rates. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and the latest advancements in business automation technologies. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in CRM, ERP, E-commerce, or WhatsApp automation solutions. Strong technical knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and cloud-based software. Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or software product demonstrations. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle customer objections and provide practical solutions. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chennai. Immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SaaS-based products. Understanding of business process automation and third-party integrations.
