Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of channel partners, affiliates, and resellers and direct sales Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure mutual success and revenue growth. Coordinate onboarding processes, including training, access to tools, and resource sharing. Track and analyze partner performance, generating regular reports and insights. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop partner-specific campaigns and assets. Resolve partner concerns efficiently and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements. Maintain CRM records and partner communications to ensure operational transparency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in International market. 5+ years of experience in partner/channel/affiliate management or business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven.
