Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, HMIs (Human-Machine Interface), servo motors, VFD drives, and other industrial automation technologies.

Program HMI interfaces to monitor and control industrial processes.
Implement SCADA systems for data acquisition and processing.
Troubleshoot issues with servo drives, starters, AC/DC motors, and panel designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize production efficiency through automation implementation.

Troubleshoot issues related to automated processes and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime.

Develop panel designs for electrical control panels and perform wiring harness design for complex systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during project execution.
Traveling to clients' locations.
Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Troubleshooting system errors.
Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
Documenting development processes.
Providing clients with technical support.
